Are your pieces ready-to-wear?

We deliver advisory and implementation services in strategy, operations, marketing, and technology.

How long will my order take?

Please allow 2–4 weeks for your piece to be handmade before it ships. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.

How do I know what size to order?

Please refer to our Size Guide before ordering. If you're unsure, reach out and we'll help you find the best fit.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Due to your piece being handmade for you, all Pearl Valentine orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges, so please review the Size Guide and product details carefully before placing your order.

Do you make custom pieces?

Yes. If you have a vision of your own, you can Create a Custom Piece with Pearl Valentine.
